AS2 Gateway Service
AS2 (Applicability Statement 2) is a protocol for real-time EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) over the Internet, based on MIME and HTTP. It is a peer-to-peer connection, meaning that users communicate directly with each other. The AS2 Gateway Service provides a secure, encrypted and seamless communication between X.400/IP Mail and AS2. This service eliminates the need for end-users of AS2 to build a complex ICT infrastructure, automation and security measures for communication over the Internet.
